Do you have a communications project that you need outsourced?

We have you covered. Sometimes small businesses need to undertake a major communications project but don't have the in-house personnel to support it. We can help. We have extensive project management experience and can serve as your contract communications department until the project is complete. We will take the long view and coordinate all of the moving pieces so that you can focus on what you do best.

Examples of project management may include:

  • Coordination and oversight of a new website
  • Launching a new brand identity
  • A time-limited advertising or marketing campaign
  • Creation and implementation of a communications plan
  • Acting as a communications director while a permanent employee is being sought

Project management fees are unique to the project, organization, and timeframe. To understand how we can work together and what we would charge, please contact us.

We hired Christine Seed (Detail & Design) to oversee all aspects of the completion and launch of our organization's new website. In this capacity, Christine did a little (and a lot) of everything. She worked with the Drupal developers to iron out all technical details, recommending changes to improve the site, and testing all aspects of the site to ensure a high-quality product. She oversaw all the content creation, including coordinating with our faculty and staff to generate content, editing 100% of the content, writing top-level copy and headlines, and selecting images for the entire website (not a small job!). She was also responsible for entering all of this information into the Drupal CMS - a job we were thankful to not have to do.

Christine also coordinated with our IT department to move the website from the developer’s servers to our own, oversaw the creation of a major database component of the site, and even wrote the initial drafts of our press release and email announcement. This was a complex project with an extremely tight timeframe and we needed someone who could flex between providing big-picture guidance and ensuring detailed execution. Christine excelled on all fronts.
